- Retail orders may be placed via online store. We will send an email confirmation for every order. - All wholesale orders must be accompanied by a resale certificate unless we already have one on file.
- Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will notify you of the delay and make any adjustments to your order that you request.
- Products refused when UPS or other carriers attempt to deliver the products(s) are assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges. You acknowledge and agree to the fee by placing your order. Special Order Items will not be refunded in any amount, even if shipment is refused.

- All orders are subject to d. williams designs’ acceptance and standard procedures. All errors (pricing, arithmetic, etc.) are subject to correction. d. williams designs reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the customer’s deposit should the customer refuse any correction. If at any time, for any reason, d. williams designs determines that it is unable to deliver the purchased items, d. williams designs may cancel the order if unable to agree on acceptable substitute items or a new delivery schedule with the customer.
- Customer may not change or cancel an order without d. williams designs’ acceptance. Should the customer request a change or cancellation, d. williams designs will determine if the request can be accommodated, and if so, if there are any fees or penalties associated with fulfilling the request. Customer shall be solely responsible for all penalties and fees associated with any change.
- Wholesale orders may be paid by check from a bank located in the United States.
- If you pay with a check which is dishonored, you agree to pay us a $40 processing fee, in addition to any monies owed. Until you have paid us in full, you grant us the right to post the dishonored check and your information on our web site ad elsewhere. You acknowledge that this is a special permission you are granting to d williams designs and that it exceeds our ordinary legal rights and certain protections you may normally be entitled to.

| We are required to collect sales tax from customers living in the state of Georgia. Shipments that are destined to any Georgia location will be charged 7% State Sales Tax. | We reserve the right to assign your account to a collection agency in the event that you have not paid us for goods or services that are considered “past due.” In the event this is necessary, we are authorized to disclose all of our records relating to your account to d. williams designs and d. williams designs may share information with credit bureaus and other firms involved with collecting monies due us. In effect, you waive all rights to privacy if it becomes necessary for us to collect monies you owe us. |

- d. williams designs charges a shipping and handling fee that is added to your order prior to shipping. These charges depend on the method of shipping, weight, size and materials used in packing, including specially designed packaging.

In most cases, shipment is via UPS or USPS. Any delivery discrepancies or damages are the sole responsibility of the carrier once the merchandise has been accepted for transit from our warehouse.
Any damages sustained in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier, therefore IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE CUSTOMER TO INSPECT EACH PACKAGE CAREFULLY FOR DAMAGE AND OPEN AND INSPECT THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Delivery instructions from each carrier must be strictly adhered to. CUSTOMER AGREES TO INSPECT PACKAGING AND GOODS CAREFULLY FOR ANY DAMAGE AND MAKE APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, OR ANY OTHER ANOMALIES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING DAMAGE, SHORTAGE AND/OR ANOMALOUS CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIER. |

We offer this guarantee less the actual shipping and handling fees plus a 25% restocking fee on most items. Merchandise must be returned in a resalable unused condition with all original components. Closeouts and daily-weekly-monthly specials are not returnable. The Return Policy only applies to retail sales. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. Used products will not be accepted as a return, and you will be charged shipping and handling for the return of your product. Special Order Items will not be refunded. |
